1 Corinthians 15:1-4
1. Easter is about the best news ever
Verse 1

Verses 1-2
Romans 10:17-“So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
James 2:19-“You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons
believe—and tremble!”
3. The best news made clear
Verses 3-4
Romans 5:12-“Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death
through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned.”
Romans 3:23-“for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”
Romans 6:23-“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in
Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Isaiah 53:5-6:
But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed.
All we like sheep have gone astray;
We have turned, every one, to his own way;
And the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.
Psalm 16:10-“For You will not leave my soul in Sheol, nor will You allow Your
Holy One to see corruption.”
Romans 10:9-“if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your
heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
