1. Go to God first
Verse 5
Job 5:7-“man is born to trouble, as the sparks fly upward.”
Job 14:1-“Man who is born of woman is of few days and full of trouble.”
Psalm 46:1-“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”
1 Peter 5:7-“Casting all your care upon Him; for He cares for you.”
Psalm 55:22-“Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you.”
2 Chronicles 15:4-“but when in their trouble they turned to the Lord God of Israel, and sought Him, He was found by them.”
2. Stay devoted to God
Verse 6
2 Peter 3:18-“but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen.”
3. Follow God’s guidance
Verse 6
Psalm 32:8-“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.”
Psalm 48:14-“For this is God, our God forever and ever: He will be our guide even to death.”
Proverbs 2:15-“Whose ways are crooked, and who are devious in their paths.”
Joshua 1:8-“This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”
